Can I put anything in my car for transport?
You can put up to 100 LBS in the car. Do not put anything on the seats or block the windows. If you need to load more talk to us about it. Generally 150-250 fee for loading more in your car. Drivers have weight issues and cannot have people loading their vehicles. But call us to discuss 888-702-7322

How much time do I get for the pickup of my car?
We like to work on a 1-4 day pickup window. It's important because we need to be about to assign your transport to the best driver in that shipping lane during your pickup. We prefer to assign to A rated carriers for all of our moves.

Do I get any paperwork at pickup?
Yes. Your driver will provide a detailed condition report to you (usually electronically) This report will detail any scratches, dents, dings or any issues cosmetically (not mechanically) with your vehicle. It's called a Shippers Bill of Lading (BOL).

What is the transit time?
Once on the Trailer in state is 1-3 days. Near the state moves 2-4 days. Longer moves can go 5-7 and very far moves 7-10 days. Your driver will provide good details for ETA when they are picking up.

How much notice do you provide for pickup and delivery?
We provide at minimum 2 hours notice for pickup and delivery you will get one day and then 2 hours the day of for delivery.

Do I need to wait for delivery? I may be in class?
You don't have to wait around for delivery. Just be accessible to the driver. They will have your cell phone number and will contact you with notice.

Do you do door to door transport?
Yes we have been providing door to door transport for over 20 years. Door to door means as close to your pickup or delivery address as possible. If we cannot get down your street or streets getting to your address we will get as close as possible. Sometimes a street is not safe for the driver to unload your vehicle. We do our best to deliver your vehicle as close and as safely as possible.
